Need clear English communication skills for follow-up calls via our dialer and IVR phone app. We use InterCloud9 and have leads populated in the dialer real-time.
Your job will be to follow-up and leave voicemails or have live conversations about the car warranty quotes they requested from our website.
You will log into our CRM find their quote and go over coverage plans, pricing and terms to get the consumer signed up.
All contracts and info are available via our e-sign server you will send contract and info to have consumer complete the transaction.
Project pays an hourly rate for logged in hours plus an aggressive per contract commission of $25 per financed contract or $50 per paid in full policy.
