Expert Cold Caller for HRO Services in Europe
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I'm seeking an experienced cold caller with exceptional skills to assist with the growth of our new Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company in Europe and the US.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold calling potential leads in Germany, France, and the United Kingdom
- Representing our HRO services, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Collaborating with our team to enhance our business growth in the HRO sector
- Using your expertise to drive our business forward
Ideal Candidate:
- Expert level experience in cold calling
- Proven track record in the HR Outsourcing field
- Ability to work independently
- Familiarity with our target European countries
- Proficiency in English, German, French, or any of the European languages would be an advantage
- Prior BPO experience is a plus
This is an hourly rate position with the opportunity for bonuses based on performance. The candidate should be willing to use their own VoIP or ours, and be comfortable with documentation on Google Workspace. You will be an integral part of our growth and success.
