Experienced caller needed to set real estate listing appointments

The main goal for the freelancer is to secure a real estate listing appointment by making an initial call and subsequent follow up calls to nurture the potential lead until it is ready to be matched with a real estate agent. Results needed fast. Freelancer needs to be focused, to know how to communicate effectively, and to have a confident, professional voice. It is very important to be able to keep people talking on the phone and to be comfortable guiding the conversation. Must be native or fluent in English, with prior calling experience preferred. Should be familiar with real estate terminology as well as with scripts used for different types of calls (FSBOs, Expireds, Absentee Owners etc.) Combination of redx/vulcan7 with a dialer most likely will be the software, freelancer actually can help set some of this with us as this is a new venture so all options are on the table for this to succeed. Would prefer a freelancer who has lots of experience in this specific niche.
