Experienced Sales Reps Needed for High Ticket Design Sales

We are currently looking for experienced sales representatives who have a strong background in both sales and the home improvement industry (Preferrably kitchenandbathroomremodeling). The job involves being a part of a commission-based role. Your primary responsibility will be to hop on a zoom call with warm prospects and sell them a high ticket design agreement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualifying prospects: As a sales representative, you will be expected to screen and filter potential clients to ensure they are a good fit for our services.
- Negotiating pricing and terms: You will be responsible for discussing and finalizing the cost and terms of the high ticket design agreement with the prospect.
Ideal Candidate should have:
- Sales experience: Prior experience in sales, particularly in a commission-based environment, is highly desirable.
- Experience in the home improvement industry: A solid understanding of the home improvement industry, particularly kitchen and bathroom remodeling, is crucial.
- Excellent communication skills: As the main point of contact for our prospects, you should be able to clearly communicate the benefits of our services and address any concerns they may have.
