Experienced Cold Caller for Real Estate/Mortgage

We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced cold caller with a strong background in both real estate and mortgage loans to help generate leads for our agency. This role involves reaching out to potential home sellers and mortgage loan prospects to qualify and convert them into valuable leads for our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Cold calling potential home sellers and mortgage loan prospects
Qualifying leads by gauging their interest in selling property or seeking mortgage options
Using a provided script to guide calls and ensure consistent messaging
Recording and tracking all interactions accurately
Providing initial information about our services, whether it’s related to property selling or mortgage loans
Ideal Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in cold calling, with a preference for real estate and/or mortgage loan backgrounds
Strong communication, persuasion, and sales skills
Ability to explain and discuss real estate and mortgage loan options effectively
Knowledge of the local real estate market and basic mortgage loan products
Previous success in converting cold calls into qualified leads
Ability to pivot between real estate and mortgage topics seamlessly during calls
