Experienced Cold Caller for Car Detailing Businesses

I need an experienced cold caller with a neutral US accent to contact 17 local car detailing businesses in the US.
The job is to reach the owner of each business and introduce a free website preview I've already built specifically for them. Goal is to get them interested. Nothing more.

You will:

Call from a US phone number
Make multiple attempts per business until you reach the owner
Use a natural, conversational introduction. No robotic scripts
If interested, get their email address OR ask if they prefer to receive the preview link by SMS
Report results for each contact: reached/not reached, interested/not interested, email or preview sent by text message.

You will NOT:

Close any deals
Discuss pricing
Use automation or bulk tools

Deliverable:
A report for all 17 businesses: status of each call, and contact details for anyone who wants to see the preview.
