Your role is to call warm leads, understand their pain points, and explain how our ₹599 solution helps them get noticed, get shortlisted, and get hired.
Work Details:
Type: Part-Time | Freelance
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Working Hours: 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM IST, Monday to Saturday
Duration: Ongoing monthly contract (renewable based on performance)
Key Responsibilities:
Make 10–20 outbound calls daily to warm leads
Explain the product value clearly and persuasively
Build rapport quickly and guide prospects toward conversion
Handle objections (e.g., “I already updated my resume,” “Does it really work?”)
Update CRM/log sheets with lead responses and follow-ups
Candidate Profile:
Ideal applicants should have:
Excellent spoken English with a clear, confident voice
Strong communication and sales skills
Empathy and professionalism in tone (you’ll speak with working professionals aged 25–50)
Prior experience in sales, telecalling, edtech, or customer support (preferred)
A quiet space, working headphones, and a reliable mobile/internet connection
Availability to commit consistently to the evening time slot

Compensation:
Base Pay: ₹2,000/month
Incentive: ₹50 per confirmed sale
No upper cap on earnings
Sample Earning Potential:
50 sales = ₹2,000 base + ₹2,500 incentive = ₹4,500
200 sales = ₹2,000 base + ₹10,000 incentive = ₹12,000
500 sales = ₹2,000 base + ₹25,000 incentive = ₹27,000
