Dream Achive Realty Pvt. Ltd. in Jaipur is growing its freelance selling team and I need energetic newcomers who can jump straight into cold calling. You will introduce our full portfolio—both residential and commercial listings—to fresh prospects, qualify their interest, and set the stage for my in-house closers.
What the assignment looks like
• Work from your own space, calling the daily lead sheet I share via Google Sheets/Excel.
• Follow the calling script, note objections, and book call-backs or site visit appointments for me.
• Update lead status in real time so the pipeline stays current in Zoho CRM (or Excel if you do not have Zoho experience; I will provide a template).
Why this suits entry-level talent
I provide the script, basic product training, and regular feedback sessions. As long as you are confident on the phone, comfortable speaking Hindi and basic English, and willing to learn, you will fit right in. Prior real-estate or telesales exposure is welcome but not mandatory.
Success criteria
• Minimum 100 connected dials per day.
• Clear, concise lead notes after every call.
• At least 5 qualified appointments scheduled each week.
