Entry-Level Finance Tele-Recruiter

I’m streamlining hiring for a rapidly growing finance organisation and need a confident phone-based recruiter to keep our candidate pipeline moving. Your main focus will be the early-stage touchpoints that make or break a great hire, and I’ll give you clear scripts, access to our ATS (Workable) and onboarding checklists so you can hit the ground running.

Please be ready to handle:
• Screening candidates against role criteria during short discovery calls
• Conducting structured phone interviews and recording notes in the ATS
• Guiding successful applicants through our digital onboarding pack and confirming start dates

Because this is an entry-level post, enthusiasm, clear English and solid phone etiquette matter more than years in the chair; I’ll coach you on finance-specific terminology and compliance steps. Consistent availability during US business hours, a quiet workspace and reliable internet are essential.

Deliverables I expect each week:
• A concise report exported from the ATS showing number of screens, interviews and offers issued
• Completed onboarding checklists for every new hire you shepherd to start date
