English & Spanish Speaking Dental Phone Manager (Work from Home)

We are a small & cool little company that manages dental surgical patients for 14 clinics in Mexico. We need someone to work closely with a small team to:
Answer phone calls via our VOIP from potential patients.
Manage leads coming in from our website.
Use Hubspot CRM.
Work directly under the owners & manager of the company
Use WhatsApp to communicate with surgical teams
You will need to learn about dental procedures for the first couple weeks, and will be given a month to grow into the phone calls.
The right person is someone who loves talking to tons of different people. Someone who can keep their cool and be chill even when someone from the public is speaking less kindly. Someone who loves a small team that really looks out for each other.
This job allows you to travel if you have solid internet during US working hours. Our team has digital nomads on it, so you are welcome if you are professionally connected to the internet.
You must speak Spanish & English well.

Job pays $1000 USD with incentives. Normal monthly pay is $1500. Managers are paid $2000-$2500 after 1-2 years.
