Engineering Sector Cold Caller Needed

We’re seeking an experienced cold caller to join our team and help generate leads for our business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of making cold calls in English, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work during US business hours. Priority will be given to candidates from South America.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to potential clients in English.
- Follow provided scripts while adapting to conversations naturally.
- Qualify leads and gather relevant information for follow-up.
- Log call details and outcomes in our CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly call targets.

Mandatory Requirements:
- Fluent in business English with no strong accents.
- Proven experience as a cold caller in English.
- Available to work during US business hours (e.g., 9 AM–5 PM EST).
- Priority given to candidates based in South America.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Background in B2B sales or lead generation.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, persistent attitude.
