We are a real estate agency looking for a talented and energetic Telesales Agent to contact property landlords and generate interest in selling or renting their homes with our agency. If the landlord is not interested, the agent should explore whether they are open to potential future investments.
? Key Responsibilities:
✔ Make outbound calls to landlords from provided contact lists.
✔ Present our agency’s value proposition to encourage landlords to list their properties.
✔ Overcome objections and build rapport with property owners.
✔ Identify potential investment interests if they are not ready to sell/rent.
✔ Maintain accurate call records and update CRM (if required).
✔ Follow up with interested landlords to close the cooperation.
? Skills & Requirements:
✔ Strong sales & negotiation skills – ability to persuade and close deals.
✔ Excellent telesales energy – confident, enthusiastic, and engaging voice.
✔ Real estate experience (preferred but not required).
✔ Fluent in English
✔ Ability to handle objections & turn a “No” into an opportunity.
✔ Self-motivated and results-driven.
✔ Reliable internet connection & quiet work environment.
