Roles & Responsibilities

Complete daily outbound call quota & talk time through allocated leads
Create sales pipeline & convert leads to meet and exceed targets
Counsel the students in the course & college shortlisting
Manage end to end process from college/course shortlisting to documentation to application submission to final admission
Upselling & cross-selling relevant CL offerings
Ensure process compliance and timely reporting.
