2. Get his consent or confirmation to repost his/her Ad on our website for Free as a welcome offer.
3. Inform him we will post the Ad on behalf of him on our website and he doesn't have to do anything.
4. Get his email ID by SMS
I can pay upto Rs. 3000 Rs. 4000 per 100 SMS received.
