Post Construction Lead Generation
I am seeking a highly talented, very motivated, and savvy lead generator to spear head my sales department through cold calling. You don’t require a clearly defined script, as I have a general guidelines of what’s expected from you. I'm seeking a mid-level professional for a lead generation operation through cold calling. You don't require a clearly defined script, as I have a general guideline of what's expected from you. But an amount of flexibility is allowed with scope to introduce your own style or approach, if it falls within the bounds of the core message. We are a post Construction Cleaning Company, as we do final clean, exterior debris clean and rough clean.
We are seeking more cleaning agreements with commercial and residential construction companies, builders, and real estate agents/brokers. We are located in Houston, Texas and are only seeking new clients for our metropolitan area (50-mile radius).
Our Desired Salesperson Can Do The Following:
1. To contact potential client (Project Managers) and determine their projects that are nearing completing and needing: a final clean, or exterior debris removal, or both.
2. To contact potential clients (Project Managers) and request invitations to bid on upcoming projects.
3. Generate leads from LinkedIn, Instagram, Google, Google Maps, and locating Commercial Construction Project Managers on LinkedIn.
4. Offer our services through cold calls/email/LinkedIn message. And share those successful lead responses with us through email.
5. Get 10 booked minimum appointments per week (further action will be handled by our local salesperson)
The requirement will be:
1. Fluent in English (spoken & written)
2. Experienced in sales (including lead generator & offering products and/or services)
3. Strong communication skills.
4. Ability to take initiative with script adaptations.
5. Good rapport building skills.
6. Prior lead generation experience is a plus.
7. Hard working attitude
8. Goals oriented.
We want leads that (Please – We Are Very Specific To Our Lead Specification):
1. Are ready and/or looking for post construction cleaning bids and/or service right away.
2. Have the name, position, company, address, best contact number and email(s) of the person in charge of reviewing our bid and/or offer.
3. Only leads in the state of TEXAS in these counties:
• Harris
• Montgomery
• Fort Bend
• Brazoria
• Waller
• Galveston
• Liberty
• Chambers
Who Are Our Target Market:

What We Are NOT Looking For:
1. We DO NOT WANT ANY LEADS FOR PRIVATE RESIDENTIAL HOME OWNERS – WE ARE NOT A CLEAN HOME SERVICE. PLEASE
As this is primarily a phone-based role, you must be comfortable and confident communicating via telephone and respect potential customers' time and personal boundaries. Please remember, the quality of leads is just as important as quantity.
