OUTBOUND CALL CENTER REP: i need someone who can work in my outbound call center here are the requirements you must read this document completely to understand DO NOT BID without reading this document - be able to read - write - speak clearly in English [login to view URL]
i need to know the MINIMUM amount of hours you are willing to work and the maximum for example "i need to work a minimum of 15 hours a week and willing to work a maximum of 50 hours per week"
i only need one or two agents - must be able to speak - read fluent English (need to hear recording)
you must have your own outbound dailer and i prefer one with multiple u.s. #'s
must be able to work monday-friday 10am-6pm eastern time these are the open hours and you may not need to work those full hours but must be active and ready by 9:30am eastern each day
if you have a crm with your dialer where i can upload my leads directly too thats a bonus
you will be doing LIVE transfers
