Data Build / Telemarketing

I need to clean a list of 118 Hospitals based in the UK. The job will require 1-3 phone calls to each hospital depending on the answers. I have a decision tree and telephone scripts available. Once the correct people have been found the task will be to find the person on LinkedIn and capture their URL e.g. mine is https://www.linkedin.com/in/garyadamsuk/ I appreciate that 30-40% of people may not have a LinkedIn profile.
