We need a person to answer phone and give information from website or catalog

Our October inbound call about 200 call and total minutes 426
Our chat request number is about 2-3 in a day

Scope;
1- Answer phone and give product information to customer
2- Answer online chat request and give product information
3- Take a note and send email to me what is customer request

Phone and chat are working on computer

We are working EST time zone weekdays 8 am to 6 pm, and Saturday 10 am to 2 pm

We are looking for a person to hande this work and would like to work together long term

Our Monthly budget is $100
