Customer support

I am looking for a freelancer to provide phone support for my business. The ideal candidate should have experience in customer service and be able to handle a medium volume of calls (10-50 calls per day) during extended hours. The hours of operation are outside of standard business hours, so flexibility is important. The main responsibilities of this role include:

- Answering incoming calls from customers
- Providing assistance and resolving customer inquiries
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
- Following up with customers when necessary

Skills and experience required for this project include:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
