VA - Customer service for semi-permanent eyebrow makeup leads
Tasks:
- Scheduling appointments for semi-permanent makeup services
- Answering customer questions
- Ensuring efficient and smooth appointment booking process
Volume of customer interactions per day: 10-30
Time: For now, only about 2h-3h per day.
Preferred method of communication with customers: CRM system (calls + texts)
Ideal skills and experience:
- Familiarity with semi-permanent makeup industry (Microblading/Ombre Brows/Nano Brows)
- Experience in customer service and appointment scheduling (We provide training for our CRM system)
- Excellent phone communication skills
- Ability to provide accurate product information and answer customer inquiries efficiently
