Customer Support Representative | Cold Caller | ISA
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our real estate team as a Cold Caller. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients and leads in order to generate new business for the company. This is a high-energy, fast-paced position that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads in order to generate new business
Identify and qualify potential leads through research and phone conversations
Follow up on leads and pursue potential clients in a professional and timely manner
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and interactions in our CRM system
Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets
Collaborate with the rest of the team to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Cold Caller or similar sales role
Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
Strong time management and organizational skills
Experience using CRM systems to track and manage leads
A high level of motivation and the ability to work independently
A strong work ethic and the desire to succeed in a competitive environment
