Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with at least 2 years experience.
The successful applicant must be self-motivated with previous experience dealing with a high volume of inbound calls.
You should also possess excellent communication skills with the ability to think laterally and have an authoritative yet sympathetic phone manner and must be a team player.
Ideally, you should have gained extensive experience in a telesales environment, but is not mandatory.
