As a business, I need a freelancer to handle low call volume customer service calls on my behalf. This role doesn't require the use of any specific software, just a reliable internet connection and a professional attitude.
You will answer phone calls from 6am-9pm est and book appointment for clients to get their car serviced with us. You will use our calendly form and complete info. We will provide scripts and rebuttals to advise callers that they need an appointment.

Key Responsibilities:

Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in customer service or similar roles
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for phone calls
- Punctual and able to adhere to a schedule
