Customer Service Agent Needed -- 2

I'm seeking a versatile call agent capable of juggling several tasks. Your daily responsibilities will span from answering inquiries to making outbound calls and taking sales orders. You’ll be primarily dealing with both business and individual customers - hence, excellent communication skills are a must. All-rounders who can handle product details, order status, and customer complaints proficiently will be an ideal fit. This job requires a keen eye for detail, sales and customer service expertise; multitasking proficiency is a must. Previous call center experience will be an advantage.
