Cruise Sales Specialist Needed
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
We are looking for a dedicated individual with 1-3 years of experience in selling luxury cruises specifically.
We are looking for individuals with cruise sales experience! If this is you then we are looking for you to start a full time voice position helping to call, text and email warm leads working 9 am EST- 6 pm EST Monday - Friday. You are expected to possess the following qualifications:
1. Tonality: The ability to use your tone of voice appropriately to allow a lead to feel good speaking with you on the phone and build rapport. Upward tone at beginning of call, neutral during rest of call to maintain same level with lead and downward tone to make solid points during the call.
2. Instinct: Being good in sales is in part trainable, but also being able to "read the room" is key in letting a conversation with lead go well. Do you feel you have the ability to work without a script and work on your own based on the logical order of explanation?
3. Confidence: Upon hiring, you will quickly be onboarded and know the basics. Are you able to seek answers yourself without need for managerial intervention when given all the tools to do so?
Preferred qualifications:
1. Efficient English writing and reading skills as you will chat with customers through text and email.
2. Efficient English speaking skills as you will talk to customers and travel agency customer services when booking a cruise.
3. Access to steady internet, computer, and headset
4. Ability to learn and follow instructions.
5. As a remote job, you should feel comfortable that we will monitor your computer for work efficiency and evaluate your work based on it.
6. Travel booking and sale background are preferred
7. Experience with Salesforce
8. Experience with cruise travel booking
9. Ability to solve problems and find solutions
Salary: $4.00 per hour + monthly sales bonus. See details below

Monthly Commission-based Bonus for the following month:
Tier 0: 0~4 sales made in the previous month, 0 percent increase of the hourly rate during the current month
Tier 1: 5 sales made in the previous month, 10 percent increase of the hourly rate during the current month
Tier 2: 10 sales made in the previous month, 20 percent increase of the hourly rate during the current month
Tier 3: 20 sales made in the previous month, 40 percent increase of the hourly rate during the current month
