Confirmis Lead Generation Specialist (Malaysia)

Confirmis is currently seeking a proficient Lead Generation Specialist for a 2-day telemarketing project to conduct research and validate leads in Malaysia specifically for our client's products.

The primary focus will be on identifying and engaging with potential prospects related to shampoo and toothpaste. We aim to acquire 15 companies, who are buyers, importers, retailers, wholesalers, and distributors in Malaysia, ensuring their interest in receiving further information from our client.

Responsibilities:
1. Research and make outbound calls to leads from a provided list and engage in conversations to identify leads, who are willing to receive more information from our client;
2. Obtain information about the person in charge (in procurement) and contact details (email address, phone number);
3. Proactively explore additional sources to acquire and verify more leads if the number of buyers on the provided list falls short of the target.
4. Minimum successful target (Level-1) = 15 companies

Requirements:
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, persuasive phone manner.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Deliverables:
- Minimum successful target (Level-1) = 15 companies
• Level-1: All contact details + Person-in-charge (PIC) agreed to receive the client's brochure and shared email ID.
• A qualified lead must include the following:
o Company’s full name
o Address
o Person-in-charge’s name (PIC) & titles
o Valid email address
o Valid phone number
o Interested to receive more information from the client
- Level-2: PIC agrees to speak with the client over Zoom/Team call.

Benefits:
• MYR 160/day (MYR160 x 2 days) for 15 successful records (level-1)
• Extra MYR 20 / company if PIC agrees to join the meeting.
• Please note the currency is MYR (Ringgit Malaysia).
