I am in need of a versatile Customer Service Agent (CSA) for my BPO business. This role will cover all aspects of customer service, from handling inbound queries to making outbound sales calls and providing technical support.
Key Responsibilities:

- Providing technical troubleshooting over the phone
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in a BPO environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Capability to handle high-pressure situations
- Proficiency in technical troubleshooting
