I am seeking a dedicated, commission-driven sales team to reach out to both residential and commercial leads for selling custom cabinets. This project offers a rewarding 5% on gross revenue after the initial deposit is paid.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call both residential and commercial leads
- Create and send invoices using provided templates, previous examples and access to invoicing software
- Handle follow-ups via phone calls
Ideal candidates will have:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the home improvement or cabinetry sector
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions precisely
- Experience with creating and sending invoices
- Access to their own phone for making calls
- Ability to stay motivated and driven by commission
I will provide a pricing sheet based on customer plans, quality material and add-ons. The success of this project depends on the sales team's ability to convert leads into sales. The more successful the team, the more revenue I can share.
