Commission-Based Sales Agent Needed
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 AUD
I'm in need of an enthusiastic individual or a capable call center who can help me set in-person sales appointments with small to medium-sized regional businesses. This is a commission-only gig where you'll earn $150 per sale that comes from your appointments, plus bonuses. Payments go out bi-weekly, every other Friday, based on sales from the previous two weeks.
Key aspects of the job:
- Your main goal will be generating sales by setting high-quality appointments for our sales team, who are closing 70% of deals.
- The product we install is typically free for businesses with electric hot water units, making it easier to book appointments.
- You'll be scheduling these appointments to be in-person visits.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Prior experience in sales or telemarketing is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to set high-quality sales appointments.
- Understanding of small to medium-sized regional businesses.
- Comfortable working on a commission basis with high earning potential.
