Commission-Based Realtor Outreach Campaign

I'm seeking a highly experienced call center team that is proficient in generating leads and carrying out broad outreach campaigns. The role will involve communicating with 2.5 million real estate agents across the US, with the objective of selling our real estate lead packages. These packages encompass buyer, seller, and mortgage leads.
Key tasks include:
- Making calls to realtors during US business hours
- Emailing and sending SMS to each
- Effectively pitching our lead packages
- Nurturing potential leads
The method of engagement should primarily be through calls. While this position is commission-based, I'm flexible in discussing payment terms. I require this project to commence immediately.
Ideal experience and skills include:
- Previous telemarketing or call center experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of the American real estate market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience selling products on a commission basis
- Capability to handle high-volume outreach tactics.
