Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm seeking a Commission-Based Cold Calling & Client Onboarding VA to help grow our client base.
Role & Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls to U.S. small business owners using our provided script
Pitch AutoReviewAi and secure Zoom sales calls
Book appointments in your Google Calendar
Send the contract link and payment link during calls
Log all activity and results in Google Sheets for tracking and commission calculations
Compensation:
$50 USD per closed sale (paid immediately upon client payment)
$15 USD/month per client in residual income (paid monthly)
Performance bonuses available after initial probationary period
Earnings Example:
4 sales: 4 × $50 = $200 + (4 × $15) = $60 → $260 total
10 sales: 10 × $50 = $500 + (10 × $15) = $150 → $650 total
Hours & Schedule:
Flexible hours (ideally covering U.S. business hours)
Fully remote
