Commission-Based Appointment Setter - Web Design for Home Services (USA Only)

We are a web design agency specializing in building professional websites for Roofing, HVAC, and Plumbing contractors across the USA.
We are looking for a motivated, independent outbound caller to book 15-minute discovery calls for our team. We provide the lead lists and the scripts. You focus on calling, generating interest, and setting the appointment.

HOW YOU GET PAID (100% COMMISSION):

Flat $125 per closed deal
Paid the same day the client completes their upfront payment
Uncapped earning potential — no limit on how many deals we close

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be based in the USA
Native English speaker with confident phone presence
Experience in home services or trades is a plus
Comfortable with pure commission — you earn when we earn

You book them into our calendar for a 15-minute call
We run the demo and close the deal
You get paid $125 the same day client pays upfront
