Cold calls for medical billing

I need someone who is excellent on sales over the phone, we are a new billing company. Our main goal is to make cold calls to medical and dental clinics. I will provide the script and the numbers of clinics that need to be called. I will also give a commission for every clinic that will sign up and use our service.
