Cold calls for cleaning services

I am looking for an individual to make cold calls on my behalf in order to generate leads for residential and commercial cleaning services. Although I do not have a full script written out, I do have some detailed guidelines that need to be followed. The primary goal of the cold calls is to generate leads and hopefully for customers to inquire further into our services. If you have any sales experience, it would come in handy, although it is not required.
