Cold calls

I need someone to make phone calls for me to USA phone numbers during USA business hours (9am - 11am, 1pm - 4pm). Total is 1200 phone numbers, very short phone calls. Prefer if call can originate from a USA phone number. This is a very quick and simple task -- the script to ask on the phone call after answer is only one question: Do you offer dermatology or skin condition services? Need the answer (yes/no) recorded in excel spreadsheet. This project is still in development and will probably not start for 1-2 more weeks from now. Please inform as to cost.
