Cold calling with cash bonuses

I'm looking for 2-3 people who have strong English skills and are able to effectively call and help generate leads for residential and commercial business in telecommunications.

Leads that turn into sales will be rewarded with cash bonuses. We use Salesforce to capture all data.

We have approx. 30k leads in our area.
