Cold calling / sales / lead generating

I am looking for an experienced call agent to make more than 100 cold calls to generate leads and schedule appointments. The calls will be targeted at businesses rather than consumers. The desired outcome of the calls is to schedule an appointment with the lead to discuss the details further. I require someone confident in their ability to engage in conversation with a potential lead and make a good impression. The successful candidate should also have a proven track record in sales or lead generation through cold calling.
