Cold calling owners database
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
We are real estate company based in Dubai, UAE. Looking for Russian, Arabic, English speaking cold calling specialists. Looking for a professional voice to contact by cold calling homeowners to see if they may be interested in selling their home. You will be given a list of potential sellers and scripts. Gather leads and provide information back to our company for follow up call. Aim is to find 1-2 people a day, interested in selling their properties. Bonus is given for each client you find (client is owner looking to sell their property).
I provide database and scripts.
A lot of owners are Arabic/Russian/Indian, therefore knowledge of these languages is an advantage. Some Europeans.
Important: majority of the contacts in the database have Dubai mobile numbers. Calls via WhattsApp are forbidden in the UAE. I suggest you use Yolla or similar software. Of course, I pay for subscription if you don’t have one
