Cold calling flight desk

I'm looking for a freelancer in the USA who is comfortable making cold calls. I would like 1-2 hours worth of cold calls per day, targeting flight desk with the goal of collecting information. The freelancer should have strong phone skills and be willing to learn about the services being offered before making calls.
