Cold calling and email campaign

I'm looking for someone to help with a cold calling and email campaign project. The target audience is B2B and the main goal of the project is appointment setting. I have some ideas in mind but I do not have any scripts or email templates prepared. The successful candidate will be able to take my ideas and create a successful cold calling and email campaign that will meet the desired goals.
