Cold calling appointment setting

I'm a land investor in need of someone to cold call land owners to see if they are interested in selling their land. The caller will be using the program, Call Tools, in order to increase calling efficiency. The script is very basic. Ask if they are the land owner and if they are, I just need to know if they are interested in a cash offer for their land. The lead will then be sent to me where I further investigate and potentially close the lead.
