Cold caller for real estate - Australian Accent
Budget: $25 – $50 AUD
I am in need of a skilled cold caller with an Australian accent to target local residents in our real estate cold calling campaign. The ideal candidate will have experience in cold calling and a pleasant Australian accent to engage with potential clients effectively.
Requirements:
- Ability to work around 10 hours per week
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Knowledge of real estate industry and local market
- Proven track record in setting up appointments
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
Responsibilities:
- Make cold calls to local residents and present our real estate services
- Engage with potential clients and build rapport
- Set up appointments for our sales team to follow up on
- Maintain accurate and updated records of all calls made
