Cold call leads to book listing appointments for realtor

I am a realtor located in the United States. I am looking for a cold caller who is willing to call numbers, which I would provide, and pitch them on a basic script. The script is basically you as the caller saying: "Good afternoon John, my name is ________ with ABC realty and the reason for my call today is to see if i got you a really great number on that house, would you have any interest in selling?"
