Cold Lead Salesperson – High Commissions | Trades & Construction Industry
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
Description:
We are seeking a confident and motivated Cold Lead Salesperson to join our team on a freelance basis.
Your role:
• Cold call Australian tradespeople (builders, painters, tilers, etc.)
• Get them to send us their current pricing from a major hardware or paint store (e.g., Bunnings, Mitre 10, Dulux, Haymes)
• We will beat their price – making it an easy conversation and a simple win for them.
Commission structure:
• 10% commission on all paint sales
• $200 commission for every $10,000 of building materials sold
• Paid weekly with no cap on earnings
Requirements:
• Confident phone manner and ability to build quick rapport
• Comfortable talking to Australian tradespeople
• Prior construction and/or sales experience (preferred)
• Must be available to work during Australian business hours
• Phone, internet connection, and strong self-motivation
