Cold Calling for Real Estate (Calls To Buyers and Sellers)

Our goal is to generate buyers and seller leads by cold calling people interested in buying or selling land. I already have a list of leads and need someone who is knowledgeable and motivated to initiate these calls. The person chosen for this project will be required to reach out to potential prospects to identify their real estate interests and requirements.
The primary focus will be on gathering information for the ultimate goal of creating a qualified lead list for the purpose of further follow-up calls. The results of successful calls will include gathering requirements, scheduling appointments, and generating referrals.
They must also be willing to respond to questions regarding our property portfolio in order to create a positive customer experience. Individual's should also be able to take detailed notes on each call and enter them directly into a customer relations management system (CRM). The candidate needs to be confident in making cold calls and able to handle extremely difficult conversations. It is preferred for the individual to have past experience in a real estate setting, but not necessary. Success in this role will require strong communication and problem-solving skills.
