I'm seeking an English-speaking cold caller to reach out to property managers, apartment managers, and landlords during US work hours. The goal is to get them to download a free trial of my property inspection app PropertyLenz.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold calling potential clients
- Generating and calling from a list of property managers, apartment managers, and landlords
- Gauging interest in the inspection tool
- Gathering information on their current inspection process
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven track record in cold calling
- Excellent spoken English
- Ability to generate targeted lists
- Familiarity with phoneburner or other telephone related apps.
- Familiarity with the property management industry is a plus
