Cold Calling to clients in Netherlands

Hi, we would like to hire someone to call clients for our lead generation campaign. They've provided us their phone numbers and we would like to have someone with fluent english to talk to them and book appointments for us.

Ideally you should have the capability to show that the call is coming from a +31 country code number.
