We are a U.S.-based surplus recovery company specializing in helping homeowners recover surplus funds after foreclosure or tax deed sales. We’re seeking a Virtual Assistant to handle:
Cold Calling: Reach out to potential clients using our scripts, explain the basics of surplus recovery, and gather info to qualify leads.
Follow-Up: Schedule follow-up calls, send reminders, and update clients on the status of their claims.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls (using our dialer or phone system) to leads provided.
Use a script to answer basic questions regarding surplus funds.
Document call results (interested, not interested, wrong number, etc.).
Update the intake form / CRM with lead details daily.
Communicate daily with the team via Discord or Slack and report results.
Requirements
Fluent English (spoken and written).
Prior experience with cold calling or real estate customer service is a plus.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Ability to follow scripts and instructions meticulously.
Strong attention to detail (data entry accuracy is essential).
Compensation
Hourly Rate: Typically USD $4–$7 per hour (depending on experience).
