Cold Calling & Sales Manager Wanted

I'm in need of a skilled and experienced manager with a team to take care of cold calling and sales for my business, which specializes in Oriental Rugs and Carpets. The team you would be managing will be purely commission-based, while you will receive a base salary along with a commission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of 4-6 cold calling and sales professionals
- Overseeing and organizing the team's workflow to ensure the success of our sales strategy
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in sales or management
- Previous experience in cold calling and sales, particularly in the textile sector, is a plus
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with the Oriental rugs and carpets market from Turkey and Uzbek would be beneficial
