Cold Calling SMMA Partner Wanted

I am in need of a capable cold calling individual to help nurture leads for my Social Media Marketing Agency (SMMA). The role involves a 50% commission base, primarily targeting the US market. While I am not specifically bothered about past cold calling experience, a track record of success in this area would be advantageous.
As per the types of leads, I am currently open to exploring a variety of markets and businesses. Timeframes for project completion are flexible, though a dedicated individual who can commit on a long-term basis is highly desirable.
